  • Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis) – later phases

  • Postural Dysfunction (forward shoulders, rounded back)

  • Neck or Upper Back Tension Related to Shoulder Weakness

  • Rehabilitation Following Shoulder Surgery or Dislocation

  • Stroke Recovery – supports proprioception and neuromuscular coordination

⚠️ Contraindications (Avoid or Modify If)

  • Acute Shoulder Dislocation or Fracture (unless cleared by MD)

  • Severe Frozen Shoulder (acute inflammatory stage)

  • Recent Surgery Without Clearance for Active Movement

  • Bursitis or Tendinitis in Acute Flare-up
